Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five years of electrical/industrial automation experience.
• Hands-on Siemens SIMATIC STEP 7 development experience.
• Experience with Siemens S7-400/300 controllers.
• Basic SCADA knowledge and PLC/SCADA integration ability.
• Read/interpret P&IDs, schematics, and control docs.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for site work.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, program, configure, and maintain PLC control systems.
• Develop and modify PLC programs using Siemens STEP 7 for S7-400/300.
• Troubleshoot PLC logic and optimize equipment performance.
• Configure I/O, hardware, and network communications.
• Integrate PLCs with HMIs/SCADA; support basic SCADA config.
• Travel to service centers and customer sites up to 50%.
• Create documentation and collaborate with engineers and customers.
