Link Staffing is seeking a hands-on Siemens Desigo BAS specialist in Houston to program, configure, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize HVAC/building control systems. Candidates with Desigo, Desigo CC, or Apogee Insight experience are encouraged to apply.

Ideal applicants bring 5+ years of BAS/HVAC controls experience, strong knowledge of BACnet/IP or BACnet MS/TP, and the ability to read technical drawings. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with travel to customer sites as needed.

Formación

• Hands-on programming/configuration, commissioning, or advanced troubleshooting in BAS.
• Typically 5+ years in BAS, DDC, HVAC controls, commissioning, or related field.
• Proficient with BACnet/IP or BACnet MS/TP, DDC controllers, and reading technical drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Program, configure, update, and troubleshoot Siemens Desigo building automation systems and related applications.
• Develop or modify control logic, sequences, graphics, schedules, and alarms.
• Perform startup, checkout, commissioning, and optimization of HVAC equipment and building-control sequences.
• Diagnose BAS, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, and network problems; identify and fix root causes.
• Integrate and troubleshoot controllers, sensors, actuators, VFDs and HVAC equipment using BACnet protocols.
• Read control drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequences; maintain redlines and test results.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and customers to resolve field issues.
• Provide technical guidance and customer handoff/training; suggest reliability improvements.
• Adhere to safety requirements and travel to customer sites as needed.
