An established industry player is seeking a skilled Siebel Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of Oracle Siebel CRM applications, ensuring system stability and optimizing performance. Collaborating with developers and database administrators, you'll manage Siebel's architecture and support integration with third-party systems. Your expertise in scripting and automation will be crucial in enhancing administrative tasks. Location: Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Duration: 12-month Contract (high possibility of extension)
Visa: W2 (12 months visa validity required)

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Administrator responsible for the installation, configuration, administration, and support of Oracle Siebel CRM applications. This role will focus on maintaining system stability, optimizing performance, ensuring security, and collaborating closely with developers, database administrators, and infrastructure teams to manage Siebel IP 20+ architecture.
Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Siebel CRM 20+ components, including:
Siebel Enterprise Server
Web Server
Gateway Server
Database Server
Siebel Application Interface (SIA)
Set up Siebel Management Console (SMC) for configuration and administration.
Configure multi-server environments and ensure high availability.
Support integration with third-party systems, including Middleware, Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs).
Automate administrative tasks using Shell, PowerShell, or Python scripts.
Manage SSL/TLS configurations and security settings.
Oversee application deployments, upgrades, and patch installations.
Monitor and optimize system performance for high availability and reliability.
Perform user management, security configurations, and access control within Siebel CRM.
Troubleshoot and resolve Siebel application, server, and database-related issues.
Configure Siebel workflows, components, and batch jobs.
Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and best practices.
Manage repository changes and releases, including migration activities from SMC.
Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices.
Strong knowledge of Siebel CRM 20.x architecture, components, and configuration.
Hands-on experience with:
Oracle Database & SQL
Siebel 17+ and above
Linux-based server architecture
Networking and Oracle DB administration
Familiarity with:
Siebel UI and modern UX configurations
Cloud-based Siebel deployments
Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization for Siebel
Experience in integration projects with enterprise applications.
Ability to automate and script Siebel administration tasks.
Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
ITIL certification or Siebel certification.
Experience managing cloud environments and container orchestration platforms.
