What You’ll Do

• Own the siding process from the initial walk-through to final completion, including scoping, planning, coordinating, and executing projects that meet safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Conduct pre-inspections and create detailed scopes of work.
• Verify materials, coordinate orders, and manage timely delivery.
• Lead and schedule installation crews, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Monitor job sites for safety, cleanliness, and code compliance.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and communication.
• Document project progress and track milestones from start to finish.

What You Bring

• Experience in siding, construction, or project management.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, especially in field environments.
• Problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality.
• Confidence working on active construction sites and managing crews.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
