Clayton Homes is hiring for a full-time Wall department role in Sacramento. The Sidewalls team operates with lifting requirements and code-read requirements, offering a pathway from starting wages to higher rates as performance meets expectations.

New hires begin at $23.00 per hour, with progression to $25.00 per hour over 90 days. Benefits include health, dental, and vision, plus 401K and additional programs to support work-life balance and employee growth.

This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis.This role has technical requirements that requires the ability to read/interpret orders and prints as well as understand DAPIA (code) requirements.This is a level BRAVO role , $25.00 per hour.
