Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking an experienced Sidel Blow Molder Mechanic to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain Sidel blow molding equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, having experience in beverage, bottled water, or PET packaging industries.

The role requires proficiency in machine changeovers, preventive maintenance, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision. Familiarity with Sidel Blow Molders and previous experience as a Sidel Field Service Engineer or Technician is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sidel Blow Molder Mechanic with strong hands‑on experience operating, troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining Sidel blow molding equipment in a beverage, bottling, PET packaging, or manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements:

• Hands‑on experience with Sidel Blow Molders (SBO, Matrix, Universal, Series 2, or similar models).
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Experience performing machine changeovers, startups, adjustments, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.
• Experience reducing downtime and supporting efficient production operations.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in beverage, bottled water, plastics, PET packaging, or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
• Previous experience as a Sidel Field Service Engineer or Sidel Service Technician is a plus.
