Job description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to support maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment in a high-speed production environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and complete work orders

Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate industrial equipment

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings

Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors, and production systems

Complete repairs safely and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team

Generate shift reports and document parts and material usage

Ensure compliance with plant safety standards, including proper use of PPE

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a maintenance environment or an associate degree in a related field
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing (bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Willingness to work 10‑hour shifts

Qualifications:

• Experience with the following equipment and technologies is highly preferred:
• Blow molding and injection molding equipment
• Mechanical conveyors and mixers
• Fillers, cappers, and labelers
• Palletizers and robotic systems
• Equipment from Krones, Sidel, or Husky
