Qualifications

• Requires ASN; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year RN experience for this role.
• RN license active in Indiana or NLC.
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA.
• Other advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly skilled, complex care to surgical oncology patients and related units (ENT, Thoracic, Urology, Plastics, General surgery).
• Perform thorough patient assessments and prioritize care in a high-functioning team setting.
• Utilize specialized nursing equipment and technologies as required by patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
