The role supports a 20-bed SICU providing comprehensive care for wide surgical and trauma patients, including post-cardiac cases. Minimum 1 year in Critical Care or surgical telemetry is preferred. Requires active RN license, BLS, ACLS, and accredited nursing education.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
