Baptist Health Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL is seeking a Nursing Assistant II SICU for a part-time PM shift. Must have at least 1 year of nursing assistant experience. Join a dedicated team at a 252-bed acute care facility focused on compassionate, community-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year nursing assistant experience in the past five years.
• State Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant or equivalent certification.
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with hygiene, mobility, hydration, elimination, and nutrition.
• Provides routine treatments and maintains a clean, safe patient environment.
• Ensures patient privacy, rights, and confidentiality.
• Documents vital signs and patient information per policy.
• Transports and delivers items and supplies within the facility.
• Attends meetings and completes mandatory training.
