Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned SI&OP leader to optimize production, inventory, and demand planning for military programs in Massachusetts. You will develop and sustain a synchronized Master Production Schedule and collaborate across procurement, production, and logistics to drive informed, data-driven decisions.

You will leverage ERP and advanced planning tools to monitor KPI performance and guide cross-functional teams toward continuous process improvement, ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in SI&OP and master scheduling for military programs.
• Experience using ERP systems for SI&OP processes.
• Strong data-driven, analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SI&OP processes tailored for synchronized production, inventory, and demand within military programs.
• Leverage best practices and trends in SI&OP for continuous improvement in a military program environment.
• Establish and maintain a Military Programs Master Production Schedule for efficient production planning.
• Collaborate with military procurement, production, and logistics teams to gather insights for decision-making.
• Lead a cross-functional team in the SI&OP process.
• Monitor KPIs related to SI&OP and program scheduling.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks within military programs.
• Utilize analytics within ERP to generate reports on SI&OP process performance.
• Drive process development and improvement within the business.
