Job summary

Join Cleveland Clinic Health System's Main Campus as a Shuttle Bus Driver Workleader, reporting to Transportation Services Supervisor. You will coordinate driver and vehicle scheduling, manage maintenance, and ensure safe, reliable shuttle operations for patients, visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years' experience as a shuttle or bus driver.
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement is required.
• Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) desired.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prepare shuttle buses for daily service.
• Assign shuttle routes and driver schedules to meet service obligations.
• Maintain maintenance and training schedules for assigned drivers.
• Oversee vehicle repairs and vendor communications for required maintenance.
• Provide onboarding and refresher training on routes and department policies.
