Judson-Services in Cleveland, OH is seeking a full-time Shuttle Bus Driver to transport resident members and associates on a scheduled route. MONDAY-FRIDAY 10:00AM-6:00PM shifts apply, and duties include helping passengers board, securing wheelchairs, and communicating with supervisory staff.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a clean record, plus reliability and safety awareness on every trip.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and one year related experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license with no moving traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform required driving duties.

Responsibilities

• Drive shuttle bus for residents and Judson associates to various destinations as scheduled.
• Assist passengers into and out of the shuttle bus.
• Secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices during trips.
• Use a cell phone or tablet to communicate with supervisor or Security.
• Clean and service the vehicle as needed and maintain trip records.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
