Job summary

Block By Block in Nashville is hiring shuttle operators to transport downtown employees and event attendees safely and on time.

The role requires a TN CDL A or B license with a Passenger endorsement, a clean driving record, and the ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections. You will drive passenger vans, maintain a clean vehicle, and assist riders with a welcoming attitude. This position offers two shift options, with pay from $23 to $30 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle clean, fueled and ready; report malfunctions.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and logistics checks.
• Operate routing system and provide a welcoming rider experience.

Block By Block is currently hiring shuttle operators for downtown Nashville! Are you happiest when you're on the move? Do you have a friendly, helpful nature? Do you like getting passengers safely to their destination and on time?

Shifts:

• 6:00 am to 9:45 am Monday to Friday $23.00 hourly – or -
• 2:00pm to 7:00pm On Call $30.00 an hour

Requirements:

• Current TN CDL A or B license with Passenger endorsement.
• Drivers will be driving passenger vans for downtown employees or Preds game visitors.
• Must have clean driving record and pass felony background check.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, gassed, and ready to go, noting any malfunction at the first sign.
• Pre - Post trip inspections

• Outgoing personality to make all riders feel welcome.
