Job summary

Block By Block is hiring shuttle operators for downtown Nashville. If you enjoy helping people with a friendly, helpful approach, you’ll be on the move delivering passengers safely and on time.

Qualified candidates hold a TN CDL A or B with a Passenger endorsement and can work 6:00 am–9:45 am or 2:00 pm–7:00 pm shifts. Competitive pay from $23 to $30 per hour, with location/contract-based bonuses possible.

Qualifications

• Current TN CDL A or B license with Passenger endorsement.
• Drivers will operate passenger vans for downtown employees or Preds game visitors.
• Must have clean driving record and pass felony background check.
• Pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Outgoing personality to make riders feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to destinations on schedule.
• Operate and monitor shuttle routes in downtown Nashville.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and presentable.
• Perform routine pre/post-trip checks and report issues.
