Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• CDL A or B license with endorsements required.
• On the job training provided / overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport, load and unload passengers to designated locations.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading and operation of equipment for passengers with special needs.
• Help passengers load/unload luggage as needed.
• Inspect vehicles regularly and perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
• Meet patrons at airports and lots and provide directions.
• Inspect shuttle for damage and record information.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain bus evacuation plan and coordinate evacuations.
• Report incidents to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Refuel and maintain shuttle and logs.
• Maintain a clean work environment and disinfect after each use.
• Perform pre- and post-inspections per DOT standards and safety requirements.
