Qualifications

• High School Degree required.
• Experience with shuttle/dispatch operations or scheduling preferred.
• Availability for second/third shifts and weekends may be required.
• Valid state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicles and drivers for fixed route service and cover open shifts.
• Operate basic office equipment and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Be present on schedule, on time, and in uniform.
• Assist customers and employees and direct to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility Manager.
• Support monthly driver meetings and training; know service area streets and landmarks.
• Assist Facility Managers with other duties as needed.
