Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are treated with maximum courtesy and directed to their location within the resort.
• Maintain liaison with management to guarantee quality services exceed expectations.
• Be alert to issues with hospitality services and make on‑the‑spot corrections.
• Communicate clearly via two‑way radio and assist with guest requests as needed.
• Support safe operation of resort vehicles and report maintenance needs promptly.
