Christian Brothers Automotive is seeking a Shuttle Driver in Tulsa to provide safe, reliable transportation for guests from our shop. You will drive our branded shuttle, greet guests, assist with boarding, and maintain a clean, comfortable vehicle.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to traffic laws, with opportunities to grow through Continuous Training and a friendly, family-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe shuttle service for our valued guest.
• Greeting guests and assisting with getting in and out of the shuttle.
• Keep the shuttle clean and comfortable.
• Maintain timely shuttle routes.
• Assist with receiving, processing, parts and errands as needed.
• Notify the service manager of shuttle maintenance needs (oil changes, tires, cleaning).
• Keep the shuttle tidy and organized.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to use Slack and other electronic communications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Overview: As a Shuttle Driver for Christian Brothers Automotive, you will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop for our guests. You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service by greeting our guest, assisting with getting in and out of the shuttle, and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing a safe shuttle service for our valued guest
• Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
• Providing a safe, nice difference® service for our valued guestsin our branded company shuttle vehicle
• Keeps a timely shuttle route
• Assists passengers in getting in and out of vehicles
• Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed
• Notifies the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
• Keepthe shuttle tidy and organized
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to utilize Slack and other electronic communications
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
• The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
• Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - noon or 1:00pm – 6:00 p.m.
