Christian Brothers Automotive in Olathe, KS is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transport for customers to and from the shop during service hours.

You will build relationships with guests, learn service terminology, and support the shop with errands, keeping safety and cleanliness as priorities. This role offers a family‑friendly schedule with weekends off and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Valid state driver''s license.
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Drive guests to/from home or work in our branded shuttle provided during shop work hours.
• Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
• Providing a safe shuttle service for our valued guests
• Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
• Keeps a timely shuttle route
• Assists passengers in getting in and out of vehicles
• Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed
• Notifies service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
• Keep the facility clean and organized
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Job Overview:

As a Shuttle Driver with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our customers look to when they need safe and reliable transport to and from our shop. You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers and our community.
