Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive Avon is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe transportation for guests to and from our Avon shop. You will drive our branded shuttle, greet guests, assist with entering and exiting, and keep the shuttle clean and comfortable.

This full-time role offers weekends off, a supportive team, ongoing training, weekly lunches, and recognition events. You will follow safety policies and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, vendors, and guests.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe shuttle service for our guests.
• Treat guests with respect in all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers.
• Provide a safe, nice difference service in our branded shuttle vehicle.
• Maintain a timely shuttle route.
• Assist passengers in getting in and out of vehicles.
• Assist the shop with receiving, processing, inbound and outbound parts and other errands as needed.
• Notify the service manager of shuttle maintenance needs (oil changes, tires, cleaning, etc.).
• Keep the shuttle tidy and organized.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
