Job summary

Christian Brothers Automotive in Olathe, KS is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, reliable transport to and from the shop. You will be the familiar face our customers see while they invest in their vehicles and you will help build relationships with our community.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, maintain a clean driving record, and enjoy a fast-paced team environment. The role offers consistent hours Monday through Friday and a chance to support our service team.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Meet required insurance driving record parameters.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Responsibilities

• Drive guests to/from home or work in our branded shuttle provided during shop work hours.
• Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes
• Providing a safe shuttle service for our valued guests
• Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers
• Keeps a timely shuttle route
• Assists passengers in getting in and out of vehicles
• Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed
• Notifies service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
• Keep the facility clean and organized
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

As a Shuttle Driver with Christian Brothers Automotive, you are the person that our customers look to when they need safe and reliable transport to and from our shop. You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers and our community.
