This full‑time role requires a valid CA Class C license, at least 5 years of driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid California Class C license in good standing with a clean driving record.
• At least 5 years of licensed driving experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in cold storage environments.
• Fluent English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts; pick, stage, and organize product.
• Build, wrap, and label pallets; complete inventory and cycle counts; verify SKU and lot codes.
• Prepare shipping and receiving paperwork and keep warehouse records accurate and up to date.
• Drive a company straight/box truck between Archer facilities, warehouses, and distribution centers.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections; secure cargo with load bars, straps, and E-track.
• Follow temperature‑control procedures for perishable product and all food‑safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Communicate with dispatch and report any accidents, damage, or safety concerns immediately.
