Lexus of Nashville is hiring a Full-Time Shuttle Driver / Service Valet. You will greet guests, shuttle vehicles, and maintain a clean, efficient lot while representing a luxury brand. Training is provided if you have a positive attitude and reliable work ethic.

This role offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and benefits including health insurance, PTO, and paid training. Applicants must be 19+ with a valid license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and guide them to the right place.
• Safely move customer vehicles around the lot and through the service process.
• Keep vehicles clean and protected during service with covers and tags.
• Light vehicle vacuuming and use of automated car wash.
• Shuttle guests to and from their destination in a friendly and timely manner.
• Maintain the lot and walkways, ensuring a polished and safe environment.
• Help ensure customer vehicles are returned spotless and damage-free.
• Support the team with various service-related tasks.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $17/hr - with a raise to $18/hr after just 90 days

• Paid weekly for your convenience

• Full-time schedule with Sundays and major holidays off
