Lexus of Nashville is hiring a Full-Time Service Valet to greet customers, move vehicles, and maintain a safe, clean lot. No experience is required as full training is provided, and employees will be trained to safely drive and park vehicles in all spaces.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork, and reliability. The position includes a starting pay of $17/hour, rising to $18/hour after 90 days, weekly pay, and full-time scheduling with Sundays and major holidays off.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and direct to the service advisor/area.

• Lightly vacuum interiors and run vehicles through car wash.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized lot and service drive area.
• Shuttle customers to and from home or work as requested.
• Assist the service team and uphold dealership standards.
• Follow all safety and security protocols at all times.

Pay & Schedule

• $17/hour to start – $18/hour after 90 days

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Inspect vehicles for any pre-existing damage and ensure they're returned spotless
• Lightly vacuum interiors and run vehicles through the automatic car wash
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lot and service drive area
• Shuttle customers to and from home or work as requested
• Assist the service team with general duties and uphold dealership standards
• Follow all safety and security protocols at all times
