Job summary

SP+, located in Billings, MT, is hiring for a role that supports parking operations and customer service at our facility. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining vehicle and facility cleanliness, and standing duties with uniform appearance.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a DOT Medical Card, and flexible availability including potential 3rd shift and weekends. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information one-on-one.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions, or direct them to a supervisor when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the bus interior and lobby areas.
• Possess a valid state driver’s license and maintain an acceptable DMV record.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Support cashier/valet duties when needed.
• Know the garage layout and local streets for guidance.
• Assist with luggage or travel items and shuttle operations when applicable.
