Job summary

LAZ Parking in Kansas City is seeking experienced shuttle drivers for a job fair opportunity. The role involves safe transport of passengers and employees to and from destinations, with emphasis on friendly, reliable service and adherence to safety standards.

The posted pay is $19 per hour, with the expectation to cover various shifts, including weekends or holidays; candidates should be able to read and speak English, pass a DOT physical, and hold a valid driver’s license with passenger

Qualifications

3 or more years of driving experience.
Comply with Federal DOT, State Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Valid Driver’s License with passenger endorsement if applicable for state regulations.
Ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
Willingness to work in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

Safely operating company vehicles.
GET 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle including ADA passengers if applicable.
Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.
