Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide safe, punctual transportation for passengers to and from campus and parking areas. The role emphasizes customer service, reliability, and adherence to safety standards; you will also handle basic vehicle checks and coordination with dispatch.

The position requires a F/ V passenger endorsement or CDL, an unexpired medical certificate, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Qualifications

• Endorsement: F or V Passenger Endorsement or Class P or S CDL.
• Unexpired Medical Certificate.
• Pass drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Clean driving record with restricted violations per 3 years and no DUI.
• Maintain professional appearance; no body piercings or visible tattoos on exposed areas.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily transportation for passengers to and from destinations.
• Greet customers, respond promptly, and build rapport with passengers.
• Operate shuttle with safety and in compliance with DOT/state rules.
• Assist passengers with boarding, including accessibility equipment as needed.
• Perform pre-/post-inspections and basic shuttle maintenance.
• Submit accident/incident reports promptly and maintain cleanliness and uniforms.
• Communicate with dispatch via two-way radio and follow supervisor directions.
