• Arrive at collection points prior to departure times.
• Ensure adherence to passenger limits (seated and standing).
• Answer passengers' questions politely.
• Maintain communication with dispatcher or manager.
• Carry out regular checks on shuttle vehicle before/after runs.
• Obey traffic rules regulating shuttle operations.
