Job summary

Durango Motor Company is seeking a Part-Time Shuttle Driver to enhance the guest experience with a friendly, non-commissioned service environment. You will transport guests within a five-mile radius, assist with boarding, and ensure safe, punctual shuttle operations.

Ideal candidates demonstrate a professional appearance, reliable time management, and a strong customer-service mindset. Pre-employment background check will be required; drivers must have a valid license and a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to greet and assist guests professionally.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
• Capable of working independently or within a team setting.
• First-hand customer service experience preferred; driving role focus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and assist them professionally.
• Transport guests within a five-mile radius of the dealership.
• Assist guests with boarding and de-boarding the shuttle service.
• Inform guests of dealership hours and services.
• Operate vehicles safely and maintain punctual routes.
• Keep shuttle clean and conduct daily washes.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Currently we are looking for Part Time Shuttle Drivers to join our team. Pay: $17.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate Guest Enthusiasm while greeting and assisting all guests in a professional manner
• Transporting guests within a five (5) mile radius of the dealership
• Assist guests with boarding and de-boarding the shuttle service
• Inform guests of dealership hours of operation and other relevant services
• Operate all vehicles in a safe and cautious manner while maintaining a punctual route schedule
• Maintain cleanliness of shuttle by checking for and removing all trash and debris from inside the vehicle several times throughout shift; vehicle should be washed on a daily basis
• Willingness to work outside during all weather conditions
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Professional appearance and positive engagement with guests
• Desire to deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Reliable and good with time management
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a collaborative team setting
• Driving/Customer Service experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with no restrictions and a good driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
