Durango Motor Company is looking for an Experienced Automotive Detailer to join our team in Durango, CO. This role offers training with growth opportunities in a non-commissioned environment focused on guest satisfaction.

Compensation includes training pay and potential post-training earnings, with an estimated annual range of $37,000–$60,000+. Night shifts are available from 9pm to 6am, and full-time, on-site employment is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior detailing experience with similar responsibilities, preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willing to complete a pre-employment background check.
• Experience in a dealership or automotive franchise environment, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Wash, wax, polish, and buff vehicles.
• Clean interior and exterior windows.
• Vacuum, shampoo, and scrub vehicle interiors.
• Clean engine and engine compartments.
• Apply dressing to tires and wheel wells.
• Use specialty cleaners and chemicals to ensure high-quality, lasting cleanliness.
• Operate detailing tools and equipment safely.
• Immediately report any safety concerns to management.

Compensation

• Training Pay: $17.00 per hour
• Flat Rate: Post-training potential
• Estimated Annual Earnings: $37,000–$60,000+
• Night Shifts: 9pm - 6am

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and bend, kneel, squat, and stoop as needed
