Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1 Year of experience required.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a Vehicle Inspection of the assigned company vehicle before the start of each shift.
• Respond to customer service assistance calls, including jump-starts, location assistance, and providing air, water, or gasoline.
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times; represent company standards when interacting with customers and staff.
• Monitor and maintain ticket levels in ATDs and ensure proper closures and openings.
• Load tickets at entry lanes and replenish receipts at automated exit lanes.
• Direct customers to available parking locations and provide basic directions and information.
