Job summary

ABM is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport passengers to and from designated locations including airports, hospitals, arenas, and campuses. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and timely transportation with on-the-job training available for newcomers.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, assisting passengers, inspecting vehicles, and maintaining logs. A CDL endorsement may be required; candidates must be 21+. ABM offers a benefits package and veteran-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• CDL with a specific class and endorsement requirement may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport, load and unload passengers at designated pickup/drop-off locations.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading including wheelchair lifts and tie-downs.
• Help passengers load/unload luggage as needed.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance issues; perform routine cleaning and bus maintenance.
• Meet patrons needing assistance to and from various airport locations and lots.
• Inspect shuttle for preexisting damage and record information.
• Provide excellent customer service and directions to nearest highway or destination.
• Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plan and coordinate evacuation activities.
• Report incidents to Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
• Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment and fuel use logs.
