Job summary

The Parking Spot is hiring a Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) for Afternoon & Evening shifts on a Full-Time basis. Responsibilities include safe transport between our parking facilities and the airport, helping guests with luggage, and delivering courteous service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous driver or customer service experience preferred.
• Satisfactory driving record per Employee Handbook.
• Applicable licenses/badges to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willing to pass a physical as required by regulations.
• Able to read and speak English sufficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations.
• Perform the appropriate pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet each customer with a smile and assist with their luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with all team members to provide the best possible service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with all applicable regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.
