Job summary

Propark Mobility in Sacramento, CA is hiring a Part-Time Shuttle Driver to transport customers to and from the facility. The role requires a valid Class-C license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a passenger van safely.

Shifts include AM/PM availability with flexible hours and weekend work. The position offers $25.00 per hour, free parking during shifts, paid holidays, wellness benefits, and opportunities for internal advancement.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Valid drivers license and 3+ years driving experience.
• Ability to operate a passenger van safely.
• Able to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends.
• Stand, walk, and carry items up to 50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and assists with loading/unloading.
• Operates vehicle in a safe, compliant manner per regulations.
• Completes pre/post trip inspections and notes any issues.
• Communicates with dispatchers and other staff via radio to coordinate routes and delays.
• Monitors traffic and weather, reports safety concerns.
• Reports accidents or safety incidents to supervisor.

Propark Mobility is currently hiring Shuttle Drivers for Part-time opportunities to start immediately.

What we're looking for:

• Drives shuttle bus and transports customers to and from the facility.
• Greets passengers and provides assistance with loading and unloading.
• Operates the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner and complies with all traffic and safety regulations.
• Monitors vehicle condition and records malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms.
• Communicates with dispatchers, drivers and other employees using a two-way radio system to communicate routes, announcing arrivals and delays, coordinating the pick-up of customers, or handling other vehicle or customer issues that arise.
• Conducts pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions.
• Monitors traffic and weather conditions and notifies dispatch or supervisor of potential problems.
• Reports accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor.
• Treats all customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Must Haves

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 3 years.
• You have the ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
• You have the ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
• Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
• Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.

Good To Haves

• Customer service: 1 year+
• Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+
