Job summary

Hilton Minneapolis Airport is seeking a guest services associate to deliver baggage to rooms, tag and store luggage, and greet guests warmly. You will shuttle guests to the airport and surrounding areas while keeping entrances clean and inviting.

Responsibilities include providing directions to hotel facilities and local attractions, ensuring records are accurate, and contributing to a welcoming lobby environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with tips possible and benefits as described.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering baggage to guest rooms and storing luggage with accurate records.
• Provide courteous front-desk style guest directions and assistance as needed.
• Ability to shuttle guests to airport and surrounding areas when required.

Salary range for this position starts at (based on experience): $11.41 hr.

It is not unusual for this position to receive regular tip income. Tips are not guaranteed and can be highly dependent on volume of guests, driver effort and overall transportation and service experience.
