Job Description

What you will be doing

• Provide baggage delivery to guest rooms. Accurately tag and store luggage for guest as needed and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing luggage. Open entrance door for and warmly greet/welcome all guests.
• Safely shuttle guests from the hotel to the airport and surrounding areas.
• Ensure the front lobby; front interior and exterior entrances are clean and inviting.
• May provide directions to hotel facilities and rooms, as well as local area attractions.

Salary range for this position starts at (based on experience):$11.41 hr.It is not unusual for this position to receive regular tip income. Tips are not guaranteed and can be highly dependent on volume of guests, driver effort and overall transportation and service experience.

Full Time Associates at the Hilton Minneapolis Airport are eligible for group health insurance including, Medical, Dental, Vision and life insurance. Additional benefits include Parental Maternity Leave, 401k and Paid Time Off Accrual. What we are looking for

• Requires a valid state driver's license (or chauffeur's license if required) and safely drive guest vehicles and/or shuttle van.
