Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a Guest Services Shuttle Driver to transport guests via shuttle vehicles and assist with arrival, check-in/check-out, and luggage handling. You will help maintain a welcoming, efficient environment and embody our Promise to Lead with Love.

Qualificações

Guest Services Shuttle Driver

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seekingGuest Services Shuttle Driver. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the check-in/check-out processand/orsafely transporting Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles, accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner. As part of our leadership team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport Kalahari guests via Kalahari shuttle vehicles
• Attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous attitude towards all guests, managers and fellow associates.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, room changes, and upon request.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, luggage storage areas, shuttle vehicles, and guest-facing spaces.
