Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Seats guests and takes accurate food orders
• Monitors food distribution and presentation
• Ensures proper setup and cleanliness of the station
• Follows liquor regulations regarding service to minors and intoxicated guests
• Familiar with all menu items, their preparation, and service procedures
• Totals checks, presents to guests, and accepts payment
• Assists with bussing tables
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent; post-high school preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a hotel/restaurant serving role
