WeDriveU is a leader in shared mobility solutions, providing safe, reliable shuttle services across the United States. We are seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport passengers along designated routes with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

The role requires a CDL and endorsements, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass DOT physicals and drug screening. Join our team to support ADA passengers, maintain logs, and collaborate with dispatchers, managers, and passengers while

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with Passenger (P) and Airbrake endorsements.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of commercial driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate assigned vehicle per traffic laws and company policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections and report issues promptly.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatchers, and managers.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting passengers and answering questions about routes and schedules.
• Report maintenance issues, route disruptions, and accidents via two-way radio or hands-free communication tools.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and incident reports.
• Support ADA passengers with boarding and unloading as needed (up to 45 lbs).
• Additional duties as assigned.
