Job summary

Enchantment in Sedona, AZ is seeking an outgoing shuttle driver to transport staff between Staff Housing and the Resort. This role is part-time, requiring 10–20 hours per week and 1–3 days of work.

The position requires a valid Arizona driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate safely and courteously. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to duties across departments.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English as necessary for safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport staff to/from Staff Housing and the Resort using company vehicles.

• Conduct vehicle pre/post trip inspections for safe operation (DOT regulated).
• Complete Driver’s Log for each trip.
• Provide staffing assistance in other department areas as needed.

Basic Function

Using company vehicles, transport staff to/from Staff Housing and the Resort in a safe and timely manner

Work Performed

• Be available 1-3 days per week, 10-20 hours per week.
• Daily transport employees from Company housing and back during the hours of operation according to driver’s schedule
• Conduct vehicle pre/post trip inspections to ensure safe operation and overall condition, as regulated by DOT
• Complete Driver’s Log for each trip made
• Provide staffing assistance in other department functional areas as needed
• Attend to errands and other tasks as requested by management
• Ensure general upkeep and cleanliness of shuttle fleet
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance with staff Mechanic
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent. Ability to read and speak English as necessary for safety. Good self-starter and work with minimal supervision. Ability to interact with employees in a friendly, unobtrusive and informative manner. Ability to work with other department employees as part of a team. Must maintain current and valid Arizona Driver’s License and/or CDL as necessary. Must have a clean driving record. Safety sensitive position.
