Job summary

Thomas Tire & Automotive is seeking a reliable Shuttle Driver to transport customers to and from service appointments while maintaining exceptional service standards. You will coordinate with the service team to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, keep accurate records, and help with shop operations as needed.

A valid driver's license and a strong customer-service mindset are essential. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from homes, workplaces, or service locations.
• Provide professional, courteous service to every passenger.
• Coordinate with the service department for pickup/drop-off times and keep records of passengers and destinations.
• Assist with shop operations by retrieving parts and tires as needed.
• Maintain a clean shuttle vehicle and comply with traffic laws and safety policies.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by bridging the gap between our service center and our customers' busy lives.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for the safety and satisfaction of our passengers while supporting our shop operations:

• Customer Transportation: Safely transport customers to and from their homes, workplaces, or other designated locations in a timely manner while their vehicles are being serviced.

• Customer Service: Provide excellent, professional service to every passenger to maintain high service department standards.

• Logistics & Communication: Coordinate effectively with the service department for pick-up and drop-off times and keep accurate records of passenger names and destinations.

• Shop Support: Retrieve parts and tires from the warehouse for the shop as needed.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain a clean, well-kept shuttle vehicle and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
