Ideal candidates will have a clean driving record, a valid license, and the ability to lift luggage. The role supports our front desk and operations teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

• Hospitality or shuttle operations experience preferred but not required.

• Engage with guests, offering first-class service with a smile, and ensuring their transportation is as comfortable and pleasant as their stay
• Be vigilant and proactive about vehicle maintenance and safety
• Embody the spirit of hospitality by supporting our front desk and operations teams to elevate the guest experience

Who You Are

• A possessor of a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
• Known for reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
• A communicator par excellence, fluent in the language of outstanding customer service
• A professional in appearance, with a courteous demeanor, always ready to assist and engage
• Capable of handling physical tasks, including lifting and assisting with guest luggage
• Experienced in hospitality or shuttle operations (preferred, but not essential)
