Job summary

Opal Collection is seeking a Shuttle Driver to join our team in Florida. The role focuses on safe transit for associates on the shuttle schedule, with adherence to traffic laws and vehicle upkeep.

The position offers competitive pay of $15.00 per hour and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), and employee discounts on resort outlets. This is a hands-on, safety-conscious driving role.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Comfortable driving large vehicles.
• High School Diploma/GED is a plus but not required.
• Previous experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reporting safety concerns (low tire, oil change light, maintenance needed etc) to supervisor immediately when problem starts occurring.
• Fill up the gas whenever the tank is below half.
• Occasionally be available for emergency trips.
• Uphold driving rules & safety.
• Driving at a maximum speed of 45 mph.

The shuttle driver is responsible for providing and enforcing safe transit for associates utilizing associate shuttle by following the shuttle schedule. The shuttle driver is responsible for following all traffic rules and laws and for helping maintain healthy and clean vehicles.

Pay: $15.00 USD/hr
