Job summary

GBMC HealthCare is seeking a Shuttle Driver to operate on campus routes and on-demand shuttles, helping patients and visitors reach destinations promptly. You will assist with wayfinding, parking, and maintain daily vehicle cleanliness and safety as part of your routine.

A valid driver’s license and CPR within 90 days are required, along with at least one year of driving and work experience. Competitive hourly pay and a supportive team culture are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year driving experience and one year general work experience.
• Valid driver’s license; CPR certification within 90 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Drive shuttle vehicle on campus on fixed routes and on-demand.
• Provide wayfinding and organizational information to patients and visitors.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report issues per policy.
• Assist with event parking and maintain a clean vehicle.

Under limited supervision, drive a shuttle vehicle on GBMC’s campus on fixed routes, on-demand, and other transport related services. Provides patients and visitors with knowledge and assistance in wayfinding and organizational information to ensure a timely arrival to their destination. Provides daily vehicle inspections and reporting in accordance with departmental policy and procedure. Assist with event parking when needed.
