Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare's Pediatric Day Healthcare Center (PDHC) is hiring a Bus/Van Driver to transport medically fragile children (birth-8 years) and nursing staff between the center and designated locations. Schedule is Monday–Friday with daytime shifts, no nights, weekends, or holidays.

As part of a multidisciplinary pediatric care team, you will conduct daily vehicle safety checks and ensure a positive start and end to each child's day while upholding safety and compassion.

Qualifications

• Valid Louisiana Driver's License with acceptable MVR.
• Class D - Chauffeur's License (Required).
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR (can obtain during orientation).
• Transportation/delivery experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children (accompanied by a nurse).
• Perform daily vehicle safety & maintenance checks.
• Be a valued part of a multidisciplinary pediatric care team.
• Help create a safe, positive start and end to each child's day.

We're looking for dependable, safety-focused Bus/Van Drivers to transport children (birth-8 years old) and nursing staff to and from our center.
