Position: Shuttle Driver (Part-Time)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 4 pm, varying hours

Pay: $16/hour

Job Description

As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide transportation services for senior residents in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner. You will also assist our life enrichment team with daily events and activities, contributing to a rewarding environment within an innovative company that values hard work and offers advancement opportunities.

Required Experience

• At least 3 years of driving a shuttle, bus, or similar vehicle
• Chauffeur's License with a clean driving record
• Compassionate care for seniors; enjoy working with the elderly
• Timeliness, patience, and flexibility; familiarity with local area and ability to maintain bus schedule
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude and good sense of humor

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist residents getting on and off the bus safely, using lifts or physical transfer as needed
• Complete bus trip logs and ensure efficient routing and schedule adherence
• Maintain cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and document findings
• Support team performance with a positive attitude

Working Conditions

This role involves standing for extended periods, effective communication, and physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds. The environment is moderate noise, with occasional travel between locations.
