Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a part-time Bus Driver for Vista Park Retirement Community in North Las Vegas, NV. You will provide safe, reliable transportation to residents, supporting appointments, activities, and outings.

Ideal candidates are 25+ with a valid driver's license and clean record, strong communication, local-area knowledge, and comfort with navigation tools. Part-time ~20 hours/week with flexible availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Part-time schedule of ~20 hours per week with flexible availability.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm in a busy environment.
• Solid knowledge of the local area to plan efficient routes.
• Ability to use navigation tools, including electronic and paper maps.

Responsibilities

• Provide dependable transportation that helps residents stay active, engaged, and independent.
• Assist residents with mobility needs by safely operating the wheelchair lift and securing wheelchairs.
• Keep rides running on time by managing transportation requests and reducing wait times.
• Maintain a well-kept, safe shuttle bus through routine cleaning and scheduled inspections.
• Support the team during downtime by taking on small maintenance or custodial tasks.
