Job summary

Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA is hiring a Shuttle Driver to transport guests safely across the resort and assist employees between housing and resort properties.

The role emphasizes friendly guest interaction, map guidance, and maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness in all weather conditions. Training and advancement opportunities accompany a dynamic, outdoor work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• PA CDL-P license preferred.
• Knowledge of operating a 15–25 passenger shuttle.
• Ability to drive a truck with a tram attached preferred.
• Able to transport employees between resort and housing locations.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to read and speak English; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable sitting/operating a vehicle for extended periods.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light objects.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests on assigned routes throughout the resort property.
• Provide transportation for employees between housing locations and resort properties.
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide guests with information, maps, and directions as needed.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall vehicle conditions.
• Complete daily shuttle inspection reports and communicate maintenance concerns.
• Operate radios professionally when communicating with staff.
• Assist with snow and ice removal from shuttles, trams, and loading areas.
• Ensure passengers follow safety procedures during boarding, riding, and exiting.

Job Title: Shuttle Driver

Department: Base Operations

Reports to: Director of Mountain Adventures

The Shuttle Driver safely transports guests throughout the resort while providing excellent customer service andmaintainingsafe vehicle operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests on assigned routes throughout the resort property.
• Provide transportation for employees between designated housing locations and resort properties as assigned.
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide guests with information, maps, and directions as needed.
• Maintain shuttle cleanliness, fuel levels, and overall vehicle conditions.
• Complete daily shuttle inspection reports and communicate maintenance concerns promptly.
• Operate radios efficiently and professionally when communicating with resort staff.
• Assistwith snow and ice removal from shuttles, trams, and loading areas when needed.
• Ensure all passengers follow safety procedures while boarding, riding, and exiting the vehicle.
