Job summary

Proactive Recruitment in Linwood is seeking an experienced Shunter Driver for a temp-to-perm role on a Mon-Thu pattern, with the shift 18:00–06:00.

Your duties include reversing trucks into loading bays, securing loads and performing general safety checks. This is a hands-on role ideal for reliable drivers.

Weekly pay every Friday; a valid driving licence with no CD/DR is required and local residence or own transport is preferred due to hours and location.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit for on/off wagon work.
• Own valid driving licence with NO CD or DR.
• Prior shunter/lorry experience preferred.

Job description

Proactive Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Shunter Driver to join our client located in Linwood This will be on a Monday to Thursday shift pattern, and this position will be on a temp to perm basis.

Duties include;

• Reversing trucks into loading bays
• Securing loads
• General safety checks

What we can offer you;

• Weekly pay (every Friday).
• Candidate must be physically fit as you will on and off the wagons all day. Candidates must have their own valid drivers licence with NO CD's or DR'S.
• Hours - Monday to Thursday - 18:00 to 06:00.
• Pay - £15.21 per hour.
• Candidates should ideally live locally or have their own transport due to the hours and location of the role.
